Al-Hajjan Company, the authorized operator of Europcar Car Rental in Iraq, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to strengthen its offline marketing activities and drive new customer acquisition.

Position Details

* Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Offline Marketing)

* Location: Baghdad, Iraq

* Employment Type: Full-Time

* Salry : 1,500,000 - 2,000,000

* Reports To: Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.

* Identify and acquire new customers through direct marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.

* Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and business partners.

* Coordinate promotional events, activations, and field marketing activities.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.

* Collaborate with internal teams to achieve customer acquisition targets.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 2–4 years of experience in offline marketing, business development, or customer acquisition.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to work independently and achieve sales and marketing targets.

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage.
