Job Overview:

Kia Iraq is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our automotive service center, ensuring high performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the workshop

2. Supervise and motivate technical staff

3. Monitor service quality and repair timelines

4. Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure compliance

5. Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation

6. Handle customer concerns and service resolutions

7. Track repair records, parts usage, and stock levels

8. Collaborate with departments for operational improvements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or technical certificate in a relevant field

2. Minimum 5 years in workshop/service management

3. Knowledge of Kia vehicles and systems is a plus

4. Leadership and organizational proficiency

5. Familiarity with inventory tools and workshop software
