Location: Baghdad

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in professional HR functions.

-Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and social security regulations.

-Experience in payroll preparation, HR systems, and employee data management.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/ERP systems.

-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

-Detail-oriented, accurate, and proactive in problem-solving.

-Fluency in English (written and spoken).

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
