We are a growing B2C company operating through our website and social media platforms. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and improve our daily operations and build scalable processes that support future business expansion into B2B.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operational activities related to online sales and order fulfillment

• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, logistics, and finance

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements

• Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports

• Support the company’s preparation for future B2B expansion

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role

• Experience in B2C, e-commerce, or digital sales environments

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, small company environment
