We're looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join our Finance team!

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer invoicing and payment reconciliation.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and collections.

Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.

Prepare AR reports and support month-end closing.

Collaborate with Sales and Finance to improve collection performance.

Supervise the Customer Accountant and ensure efficient AR operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.

Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
