Sama Al-Fayhaa Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking a highly qualified and performance-driven Pharmacist to join our organization as a Sales Force Excellence (SFE) Specialist. The ideal candidate must possess strong pharmaceutical sales expertise, advanced analytical capabilities, and proven experience in training and developing sales teams within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales force performance and productivity across all business lines  

• Develop and implement performance tracking systems, KPIs, and sales effectiveness metrics  

• Analyze market performance, sales data, targeting efficiency, and territory alignment  

• Prepare advanced analytical reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making  

• Identify performance gaps and propose corrective action plans for sales teams  

• Design and deliver professional training programs for Medical Representatives and field force teams  

• Conduct coaching sessions, field assessments, and performance development activities  

• Participate in onboarding and continuous development programs for the sales department  

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management teams to enhance field force effectiveness and operational excellence  

• Ensure proper CRM utilization and reporting accuracy across the sales organization  

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy only  

• Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales is mandatory  

• Previous experience in Sales Force Excellence, Sales Operations, or pharmaceutical business analysis is mandatory  

• Proven experience in delivering training programs and developmental workshops for sales teams is mandatory  

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and field force management  

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, reporting systems, and sales analysis tools  

• Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and leadership skills  

• High analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
