Al Zaeem Express Delivery is looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-driven professional to join our Operations Department. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations who can drive continuous improvement—not just perform day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the Returns Warehouse (Reverse Logistics), ensuring accurate receiving, sorting, storage, and documentation of returned shipments.

Support the Operations Manager in planning, monitoring, and improving daily operational performance.

Analyze operational challenges and implement practical solutions to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Develop and improve warehouse and returns processes based on best operational practices.

Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Support, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular reconciliation of returned items.

Prepare operational reports, KPIs, and recommendations for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of the returns team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, warehousing, or logistics, preferably within a well-established delivery, e-commerce, or supply chain company.

Proven experience in process improvement and operational development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Experience with ERP/WMS systems is highly preferred.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary & Benefits

Salary starts from IQD 1,000,000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities.
