Medico Store is seeking a proactive HR Generalist & Training Lead to oversee HR operations and

lead training programs for customer service, product knowledge, and professional development.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR, coaching, and developing teams to deliver an

excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

- Lead onboarding and ensure new hires receive proper HR orientation and training schedules.

2. Training & Development (Primary Focus)

- Design and deliver training programs for customer service, product knowledge, and brand

standards.

- Conduct refresher sessions, create continuous learning modules, and improve training outcomes.

- Coordinate cross-department training (Stores, E-commerce, Call Center, Warehouse).

- Support employee engagement and retention through development initiatives.

3. Employee Relations

- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns.

- Promote a positive work culture and support communication across teams.

4. HR Operations: Compensation & Benefits

- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

- Ensure compliance with legal standards.

5. Compliance & Policy Management

- Ensure alignment with Iraqi labor laws.

- Maintain policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

- Monitor policy adherence across all branches.

6. Performance Management

- Support performance evaluations and identify skill gaps.

- Coordinate training and assist with improvement plans.

7. HR Administration

- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

- Prepare HR reports, KPIs, and data to support decision■making.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 1 year of HR experience

- Good English proficiency

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

- A medical degree or healthcare background is a strong advantage.

- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D;) or instructional design is highly preferred.
