🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Overseeing sales performance across all branches through branch managers

* Monitoring daily, monthly, and annual sales targets

* Implementing sales policies, pricing strategies, and approved offers

* Enhancing customer experience and supporting upselling strategies

* Supervising marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities

* Coordinating with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

* Preparing commercial plans to achieve growth and profitability targets

* Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs

* Providing periodic performance reports to top management

* Leading and managing multi-functional teams effectively

🔹 Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

* Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

* Previous experience in Retail or multi-branch operations is highly preferred
