Al-Taawon Company is pleased to announce an open position for a Graphic Design Specialist to join our Marketing team at the company’s headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study design briefs and determine project requirements.

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on business needs.

• Design illustrations, logos, advertisements, marketing materials, and other visual content.

• Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas and concepts.

• Use appropriate colors, layouts, typography, and visual elements for each project.

• Create designs using industry-standard design software and creative tools.

• Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams to produce final designs.

• Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and aligned with the company’s brand identity.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and apply them effectively within a commercial environment.

• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant design software.

• Strong creativity and the ability to transform ideas into professional visual designs.

• Good time management and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
