📢 Financial Links Company (Iraq Duty Free) announces its need for (HR Manager). 

Work location: Duty Free at Baghdad International Airport.

Work type: full time.

🎯 Main tasks and responsibilities:

* (but not limited to):

🔸️ Managing recruitment processes: publishing job advertisements, sorting CVs, coordinating interviews, and attracting the best competencies.

🔸️ Personnel management: monitoring attendance and absence, vacations, and updating employee files and digital records.

🔸️ Internal communication: promoting a positive work environment, solving employee problems, and organizing internal events.

🔸️ Performance Evaluation: Participate in the preparation and implementation of periodic employee performance evaluation systems.

🔸️ Ensure that company policies are implemented and compatible with the work system.

💼 Required conditions and qualifications:

🔸️ Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or any related field.

🔸️ Previous work experience of at least two years in the field of human resources.

🔸️ Language skills: Proficiency in speaking and writing in Arabic and English.

🔸️ Technical skills: Good knowledge of human resource management systems and Microsoft Office software.

🔸️ Personal skills:

Excellent communication and listening skills.

- High ability to organize and manage time.

- Completely maintain the confidentiality of information. And professionalism in dealing.

Working hours: from Sunday to Thursday from (08:00) in the morning until (04:00) in the evening.
