🔹 Department: Commercial Department

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing sales performance across all branches through branch managers

• Monitoring daily, monthly, and annual sales targets

• Implementing sales policies, pricing strategies, and approved offers

• Enhancing customer experience and supporting upselling strategies

• Supervising marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities

• Coordinating with warehouse and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

• Preparing commercial plans to achieve growth and profitability targets

• Analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer needs

• Providing periodic performance reports to top management

• Leading and managing multi-functional teams effectively

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Previous experience in Retail or multi-branch operations is highly preferred
