Job Title: Technical Support - ISP

Responsibilities:1.configuration:• Install and configure Cisco SW and MikroTik devices, including router and switch configurations, and set up network protocols (PPPoE, Eatherchannel, Vlans, and ip routing).• Configure wireless networks ( Ubiquiti , Mikrotik and Mimosa).

2.Technical Support and Maintenance:• Provide technical support to customers and resolve issues related to internet services.• Troubleshoot network issues, including those related to internet connections (Fiber, Wireless) and fix device-related problems (Cisco, MikroTik, UBNT, Mimosa).• Monitor network performance using tools The Dude and PRTG to ensure network stability and quickly detect issues.• Update firmware on devices and fine-tune configurations to enhance efficiency and security.

Required Skills:• Strong understanding of network protocols such as (TCP/IP,  Static route, Vlans).• Experience with Cisco and MikroTik devices, including routing setups.• Experience in wireless network installation and maintenance using Ubiquiti and Mimosa and mikrotik..• Troubleshooting skills to quickly and effectively resolve issues.• Ability to work under pressure and resolve customer issues promptly.

Qualifications:• Certification or practical experience in networking, such as CCNA, MTCNA.• At least 1-3 years of practical experience in the ISP field.

Salary range 600K to 900K IQD
