Position: Junior Legal Officer (Female)

Location: Iraq Mall – Dora

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary Range: 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 IQD (based on experience)

Reporting To: Legal Manager

Job Summary:

Iraq Mall is seeking a Female Junior Legal Officer to support the Legal Department in drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and performing administrative legal tasks under the supervision of the Legal Manager. The ideal candidate must have strong English language skills and a solid understanding of legal terminology in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review legal documents and contracts in both Arabic and English.

Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on legal matters.

Prepare legal reports, memos, and official correspondence under the guidance of the Legal Manager.

Ensure proper filing, archiving, and documentation of all legal materials.

Follow up on contract renewals and maintain updated records of all agreements.

Conduct legal research and reference Iraqi laws and regulations as needed.

Translate legal texts between Arabic and English when required.

Attend internal meetings to document legal notes, actions, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with the HR Department to ensure employee contracts comply with labor laws.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized public university.

Minimum of 3 years experience in a legal office or corporate legal department.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology in both English and Arabic.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Strong organizational, filing, and documentation skills.

Fluent English language skills are required.
