Position: Head of South Region Sales

Department: Distribution Sales

Location: Basra

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute the regional commercial and sales strategy across Basra, Emara, Nasirya and Semawa, ensuring alignment with Next Generation objectives and sustainable business growth.

2. Drive revenue, market share, and customer acquisition by optimizing sales performance, distribution channels, and regional go-to-market initiatives.

3. Oversee and develop regional sales leadership and field teams, fostering a high-performance culture through coaching, performance management, and talent development.

4. Strengthen relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders while identifying new business opportunities and responding to market trends.

5. Monitor regional business performance, operational excellence, and customer experience, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and results.

Required Qualifications:

* 10+ years of Sales leadership experience (Telecom/Retail/FMCG preferred)

* Strong expertise in Distribution Sales

* Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver commercial impact
