Sardar Group is seeking a qualified Warehouse Assistant (Assistant Vehicle Storekeeper) to join our team at SAS Toyota. The ideal candidate will support vehicle yard operations, inventory control, and logistics processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse, yard, or gate control operations.

• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office.

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

• Support vehicle receiving, inspection, and dispatch processes.

• Maintain accurate vehicle records and documentation.

• Organize and manage vehicle yard storage and key control systems.

• Monitor vehicle condition and report any damages or discrepancies.

• Assist in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and audits.

• Coordinate with logistics, transport, sales, and finance teams.

• Ensure timely vehicle movement and operational efficiency.

Salary starts: 1,000,000 IQD.
