Job Title: Sales Planning Specialist

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Location: Iraq HQ – Baghdad – Al-Zaafaraniya

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Planning Specialist to support the company’s sales planning processes by collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and market data to ensure accurate forecasts and effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

1 - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

2 - Minimum 3 years of experience in sales planning, data analysis, or related roles

3 - Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office

4 - Basic knowledge in SQL Server, Python, and Power BI is an added advantage

5 - Good English communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

1 - Collect and analyze sales, market, and customer data

2 - Assist in preparing sales forecasts and performance reports

3 - Monitor sales achievements vs. targets and support corrective action plans

4 - Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams

5 - Maintain sales planning tools, databases, and reporting dashboards

Working Conditions:

1 - Working Days: 6 days/week

2 - Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
