Job Title: Warehouse Keeper

Location: Karbala Refinery

Department: Logistics

Rotation: 20/10

Salary Range: 1.820.000 IQD 

Job Purpose:

Responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing materials and goods in the warehouse while ensuring accurate records and proper organization according to company procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive materials and goods and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.

• Store items in an organized and safe manner.

• Issue materials based on approved requests and record all transactions accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness and order inside the warehouse.

• Monitor stock levels and prepare periodic inventory reports.

• Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.

• Follow health and safety regulations within the warehouse.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.

• Coordinate with other departments when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as a warehouse keeper or in a similar role is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
