STANDARD MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: 

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an asset).

Experiences:

· Minimum 9 years of relevant professional experience in construction and rehabilitation of buildings with a Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.

· Proven experience in site supervision, contractor management, and quality assurance.

· Strong ability to review and validate BoQs, technical specifications, and drawings.

· Familiarity with structural, architectural, and basic MEP works related to rehabilitation projects.

· Experience in working with government projects or international organizations (UN/NGOs) is an advantage.

Language: 

· Fluency in Arabic and working knowledge of English.
