Location: Baghdad – SAS Al-Dora

SAS – Toyota is seeking a qualified Quality Controller to join our team in Baghdad – SAS Al-Dora. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of vehicles and services by implementing strict quality control procedures and ensuring adherence to Toyota’s standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive quality control or vehicle inspection.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection procedures and Toyota quality standards.

• Attention to detail with strong documentation skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Professional proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet Toyota’s quality standards.

• Document and report defects, damages, or imperfections found during inspections.

• Collaborate with service technicians to rectify identified issues promptly.

• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles.

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of vehicle inventory.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Toyota’s quality assurance guidelines.

• Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.

• Coordinate effectively with sales, service, and administrative staff.

• Stay updated on technical information, recalls, and service bulletins from Toyota.

• Ensure all vehicles leaving the dealership meet the highest quality standards.

Working Hours:

Morning Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Salary starts from: IQD 1,200,000
