Logistics Coordinator – Fleet & Equipment

Our company is seeking to hire a qualified Logistics Coordinator – Fleet & Equipment to join our team at our location in Al Burjsiya.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 • Minimum of (3) years of experience in logistics, fleet coordination, or equipment management.

 • Proven experience in managing vehicles and heavy equipment operations.

 • Practical knowledge of ERP systems and reporting.

 • Strong command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).

 • Ability to prepare and follow up on invoices and related documentation.

 • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 • Coordinate daily movement and operations of fleet and equipment.

 • Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure availability and readiness of vehicles and machinery.

 • Prepare and review invoices related to logistics and fleet activities.

 • Maintain accurate records and generate periodic reports.

 • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
