ttech is expanding its Call Center team and looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us. Whether you're just starting your career or already have experience in customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer interactions respond to inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely, courteous manner.

Document and escalate accurately log call details and customer information, escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department when needed.

Meet performance standards achieve daily/monthly targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction while following company scripts and policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply, no prior experience required).

Strong verbal communication in Arabic, with good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer literacy and willingness to work shift schedules
