نبحث عن مهندس ضمان جودة (QA Engineer) يتمتع بالشغف والدقة والقدرة على اكتشاف وتحسين كل تفصيلة في أنظمتنا، وخاصة نظام إدارة الجامعة (UMS).

Job Opportunity: QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans for new and existing system features.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing on UMS systems.

• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using issue tracking tools.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality at every stage of development.

• Validate fixes and verify resolutions of reported issues.

• Provide clear and concise QA reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

• Familiarity with Agile development environments.

• Experience with issue tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, or similar).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience testing web and mobile applications.

• Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Postman, or similar).
