مطلوب مهندس اتصالات او حاسبات مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنة  للعمل في شركة أنترنت لتقديم الدعم الفني للزبائن وضمان إيصال جميع مواصفات التقنيات كما يتضمن العمل الميداني معالجة المشكلات التقنية، ومساعدة الاقسام الفنية الاخرى في تنصيب الاجهزة و الحلول النهائية للمشكلات في المواقع المختلفة 

Job title: Data center and technical support engineer 

• Responsibilities

1. Install hardware devices in our data centers.

2. Investigate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with various teams.

3. Support installation, testing, and commissioning for project success.

4. Estimate and plan engineering activities to meet project goals.

5. Maintain and troubleshoot operational network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless devices.

6. Collaborate with engineering professionals to maintain project hardware and software.

7. Implementation in coordination with project manager.

8. Fiber optic support to the field support team.

9. Support midnight operations.

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree with +1 year of technical experience.

2. Knowledge of network practices and protocols.

3. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

4. Understanding of IT equipment, systems, and server environments.

5. Certifications like CCNA or MTCNA are preferred.
