Al Majal Human Resources is seeking an experienced Area HSE Supervisor to join our energy client’s. The role is responsible for implementing the Project HSE Management System on site and supervising contractors’ activities from an HSE perspective.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor the Project HSE Management System on site

Supervise contractors’ activities to ensure compliance with HSE plans, risk assessments, and bridging documents

Support Company Site Team in HSE management and control

Promote HSE culture through toolbox talks, campaigns, and site safety programs

Support risk assessments, permit to work (PTW) system, and industrial hygiene activities

Assist in incident reporting, investigation, and follow-up of corrective actions

Participate in site inspections, audits, and HSE committee meetings

Support emergency preparedness planning and drills

Prepare and submit daily HSE reports

🔹 Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 5 years’ experience in high-hazard industries (Oil & Gas / Construction / Onshore Plants)

Minimum 3 years in HSE role

Professional HSE qualification (NEBOSH Certificate/Diploma or equivalent)

Strong knowledge of construction activities and site HSE practices

Experience in auditing, inspecting, and supervising construction activities

Highly proficient in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Strong leadership and communication skills
