ERP & IT Technical Support Engineer

Balad Al Khair for Carton Products (Caesar Pac Iraq) is looking for an ERP & IT Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level ERP technical support to users across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Warehouse, and HR departments.

Troubleshoot ERP transaction errors, user access issues, master data, reports, workflows, and system configurations.

Create, modify, and deactivate ERP user accounts, roles, and permissions based on approved requests.

Maintain ERP master data, user documentation, and support records.

Escalate unresolved issues to the ERP implementation partner or vendor and follow up until resolution.

Support ERP upgrades, patches, testing, integrations, and new system features.

Assist users during month-end closing, stock counting, and other critical operational activities.

Prepare user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides, and deliver ERP user training.

Assist with ERP reporting, data validation, Microsoft Excel analysis, and basic SQL queries.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance ERP utilization.

Support ERP-connected devices such as barcode scanners, label printers, and warehouse terminals.

Record and manage support requests through the IT Helpdesk or ticketing system.

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, Microsoft Office, printers, email accounts, Wi-Fi, and basic network issues.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP Application Support, Business Systems Support, or IT Technical Support.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP Business One, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, ERPNext, Sage, Infor, or similar platforms.

Experience supporting Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Production, or Warehouse modules is preferred.

Strong ERP troubleshooting and user support skills.

Basic knowledge of SQL databases.

Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems, user access management, and system documentation.

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

ERP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, Network+, or SQL certifications are considered an advantage. JD ERP Technical Support.pdf

💰 Salary & Benefits

Salary: IQD 1,300,000 – 1,500,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
