IT Technician مطلوب موظف 

This is a role for an Information Technology Technician located in Baghdad. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, offering customer service, and conducting training sessions. The role includes handling daily technical challenges, maintaining system functionality, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience 1-3 years ( fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills

• Experience in tender preparing technical and commercial proposals

• Strong communication skills

• Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred
