Career Opportunity Service_Advisor

Location: SAS Toyota – Al-Saidiya & Hay Al-Amana.

Company: Sardar Group of Companies.

Sardar Group is seeking a qualified Service Advisor to join our team at the SAS Toyota. The ideal candidate will support our service operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive service or customer support.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Solid knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and service processes.

• Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office or service management software).

• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service or repair needs.

• Perform thorough vehicle assessments and provide accurate service recommendations.

• Clearly explain service details, repair costs, timelines, and benefits.

• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality completion of repairs.

• Schedule and manage service appointments based on customer needs and workshop capacity.

• Communicate with customers throughout the service process and provide updates on vehicle status.

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and encourage feedback.

• Support the service department in maintaining strong customer relationships and promoting service retention.

Salary starts from: IQD 1,000,000.
