Salary: 1,200,000 IQD

Darjah for Recruitment Services is currently looking for two Credit Control Officers to join one of our clients. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining compliance with company credit policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconcile customer balances and investigate discrepancies.

- Submit daily reports on customer visits and collection activities.

- Coordinate with customers to confirm balances and resolve disputes.

- Achieve assigned collection and performance targets.

- Support improvements in collection processes and bad debt reduction.

- Reconcile free cash van invoices and process write-offs when required.

- Participate in inventory counts and annual inventory committees.

- Ensure compliance with company credit and collection policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.

- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned city (Baghdad or Erbil).
