Al Majal Human Resources is hiring a local Pipeline Construction Lead for an international energy client.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/civil/construction engineering (or equivalent experience)

• 16+ years total construction experience, including 8+ years in pipeline projects with proven field leadership

• Strong working knowledge of ASME B31.4/B31.8, API 1104, ITPs, WPS/PQR, NDE methods, and hydrotesting

• Demonstrated track record delivering ROW to reinstatement safely, to quality, and on schedule

• Hands-on experience with HDD/micro tunneling and complex crossings. Technical Competencies

• Workface planning, SIMOPS coordination, and permit to work (PTW) systems implementation

• Welding productivity management

• Hydrotest engineering basics

• Crossings execution

• Coating and cathodic protection interface awareness.

• Reading P&IDs, isometrics, alignment sheets, ROW plans; as-built control.

• Field reporting tools (e.g., Power BI/Excel) and document control.
