Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to manage engineering purchases, support project operations, and work closely with global suppliers in the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Procure engineering materials, spare parts, and equipment for Oil & Gas projects.

✔ Evaluate vendors, technical specifications, and quality standards (ISO/API).

✔ Negotiate contracts, warranties, and service agreements.

✔ Coordinate logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.

✔ Track material movement from origin to site and prevent delays.

✔ Maintain optimal inventory levels and manage AVL suppliers.

Requirements

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

🔹 4–6 years of experience in Engineering Procurement (Oil & Gas preferred).

🔹 Strong understanding of oilfield equipment and drilling tools.

🔹 Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

🔹 Familiar with INCOTERMS 2020, customs, and logistics processes.

🔹 Strong negotiation and communication skills.
