Support: End-user, hardware, software & printer troubleshooting.

Tech Stack: Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Basic Networking.

Tasks: Ticket management, asset setup & documentation.

✅ Requirements:

1–3 years of IT Support experience.

Strong problem-solving & communication skills.

Based in Baghdad (Karrada Kharidge).

⏰ Schedule: Sat–Thu | 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM 💼 Type: Full-time | On-site
