Working Hours: Saturday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

1. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

-Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing).

-Manage and support the onboarding process.

-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements:

-2–3 years of relevant experience.

-Excellent communication and interviewing skills.

2. HR Generalist

Responsibilities:

-Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

-Assist with salary processes, including coordination of taxes & social security.

-Support performance evaluations and HR policy implementation.

-Handle employee relations and respond to HR inquiries.

-Coordinate training and development activities.

-Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

-Draft and update HR forms, letters, and documentation.

Requirements:

-2–3 years of HR experience.

-Solid understanding of payroll basics, taxes, and social security.

-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary:

1,000,000 – 2,000,000 IQD, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
