Alattar Holding Group is seeking a highly experienced and professional Group IT Director to lead the Information Technology function across all companies within the group. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the IT strategy, ensuring system stability, security, and digital transformation across all business units.

Position Overview

The Group IT Director will oversee all IT operations across multiple companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, optimizing technology infrastructure, and driving innovation. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise and proven experience managing complex IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the overall IT strategy for the entire group of companies

Lead and manage IT teams across multiple subsidiaries

Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems and infrastructure

Oversee ERP systems, software development, networking, and cybersecurity operations

Drive digital transformation initiatives across the group

Manage IT budgets, vendors, and technology partnerships

Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices

Ensure data protection, compliance, and business continuity planning

Support business units with technology solutions to improve efficiency and performance

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance business growth

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles

Proven experience managing IT operations in multi-company or enterprise environments

Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and enterprise applications

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity organizational structure
