المسمى الوظيفي: مدير حسابات

الموقع: بغداد - الكرادة

ساعات العمل: 8 ساعات (9-5) \ 6 أيام بالأسبوع (السبت عن بعد)

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة وتطوير حسابات التواصل الاجتماعي للعملاء

• تخطيط التقويم الشهري للمحتوى واستراتيجيات المحتوى

• التنسيق مع المصممين والمصورين ومنشئي المحتوى

• جدولة ونشر المنشورات باستخدام Zoho / Meta Business Suite

• الإشراف على التعليقات والرسائل والتفاعل المجتمعي

• تتبع الأداء ومؤشرات الأداء وإعداد التقارير

• تقديم رؤى وتوصيات للتحسين

المتطلبات:

• مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت والتواصل

• القدرة على إدارة حسابات ومهام متعددة

• فهم أهداف الأعمال والاستراتيجية الرقمية

• عقلية تحليلية ومهارات إعداد التقارير

• خبرة في أدوات Zoho أو Meta Business Suite أو منصات مشابهة (يفضل)

Job title: Account Manager

Location: Baghdad – Al-Karrada

Working Hours: 8 Hours (9-5) \ 6 days a week (Saturday remotely)

Responsibilities:

 • Manage and grow client social media accounts

 • Plan monthly content calendars and content strategies

 • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators

 • Schedule and publish posts using Zoho / Meta Business Suite

 • Supervise comments, messages, and community engagement

 • Track performance, KPIs, and prepare reports

 • Provide insights and optimization recommendations

Requirements:

 • Strong time management and communication skills

 • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks

 • Understanding of business goals and digital strategy

 • Analytical mindset and reporting skills

 • Experience with Zoho tools, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms (preferred)
