About the Job:

The Training Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity. This role involves coordinating with departmental managers to identify training needs, organizing workshops, and ensuring compliance with organizational objectives and industry standards.

Required Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree or high Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

(5) years of experience in training and development or a similar role.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Certification in training.
