About KNE

KNE Elevators & Escalators is seeking a highly organized, disciplined, and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support the Country Manager. This role is responsible for ensuring leadership priorities are organized, commitments are tracked, meetings are structured, and information flows effectively across the business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling focus, accountability, and execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the leadership meeting rhythm, including weekly reviews, planning sessions, and performance meetings.

• Track action items, commitments, decisions, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.

• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials.

• Support the Country Manager in prioritizing activities and managing strategic initiatives.

• Consolidate departmental information into clear and decision-ready summaries.

• Coordinate communication and information flow between departments and stakeholders.

• Organize executive documentation, records, and follow-up communications.

• Support engagements with clients, strategic partners, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Previous experience supporting senior management or executive leadership.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
