Well known international ICT company is looking for Iraqi only  

1- Business Analyst Opportunity- Baghdad 

Sunday-Thursday 

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The selected candidate will manage client projects from initiation to successful delivery, acting as a trusted consultant and ensuring high-quality outcomes at every stage.

The role involves analyzing business and operational processes including Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Payroll, Accounting, and Point of Sale, and translating them into effective ERP software solutions. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, preparing SRS and change requests, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, managing project plans and milestones, supporting implementation and user acceptance testing, and serving as the main point of contact for clients. The Business Analyst will also oversee solution validation, system integration, training, and post-implementation support.

Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong ERP knowledge preferably including Odoo, solid documentation and presentation skills, and experience with Agile methodologies. A technical background with SQL knowledge is required. Excellent English communication skills are essential.

2- key account manger -iraqi only 

The ideal candidate will have experience in ICT sales, strong knowledge of software and hardware products, and the ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills are essential bachelor degree in IT or any related field is. Must English language also is a must
