Bahari Kar is looking for a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who is passionate about turning complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions and drive business growth.

📝 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and allocate annual and monthly sales targets across cities, supervisors, brands, products, and branches.

• Monitor sales performance and deliver regular analytical and performance reports.

• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.

• Design and maintain data models, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.

• Prepare detailed analytical reports for Sales Management and Executive Leadership.

• Support the development of sales incentives, promotions, and customer offers based on data insights.

• Clean, validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Automate recurring reports to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with sales and management teams to support business objectives.

• Prepare professional presentations to communicate insights and recommendations clearly.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.

• Certifications in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or Reporting are a plus.

• Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Strong knowledge of AI tools, data analysis techniques, and reporting systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
