Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead national-level digital automation projects, including multi-vendor system integrations and government-focused digital transformation initiatives.

- Key Responsibilities

- Lead complete lifecycle of digital projects.

- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and cross-department coordination.

- Oversee integrations between hardware, software, and backend systems.

- Ensure program delivery aligned with governmental and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with multiple external vendors and internal technical teams.

- Develop risk, governance, and reporting frameworks for executive management.

- Monitor KPIs and ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

- 7+ years experience in managing large-scale digital or automation programs.

- Strong background in system integration & multi-vendor environments.

- Experience working with government entities is a strong plus.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile certification preferred
