Job Title: Business Development 

Type: Full-time

📍 Location: Baghdad ,Al-Qadisiyah 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will represent the company in the market, identify new opportunities, drive sales performance, and strengthen our presence in the insurance industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Marketing, or related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (insurance experience preferred).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

- Ability to prepare business plans and deliver strong presentations.

- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple opportunities.

- Proficiency in Arabic and English.

- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.

- Professional ethics, compliance awareness, and a proactive mindset.

Working day: 5 days a week

From: 8 AM. To 4 PM
