Al Farah International FMCG is hiring:

🔹 Systems Administrator – ERP

📍 Location: Baghdad – Jameela / Al-Husseiniya Street

🕒 Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 days per week

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of experience in ERP administration or business application support

* Good knowledge of SAP, Odoo, iSell, or similar systems

* Good understanding of sales, warehouse, and finance processes

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Good reporting and Excel skills

* Good communication and coordination skills

Main Responsibilities:

* Administer and support SAP, Odoo, iSell, and related systems

* Provide daily technical support for users

* Manage user access, roles, and permissions

* Follow up with vendors regarding system issues and updates

* Monitor data accuracy and prepare basic reports

* Train users on proper system usage when required

Preferred:

* Previous experience in FMCG or sales operations

* Experience with field sales systems is an advantage
