We are looking for an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Baghdad – Al-Mansour.

Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and assessing qualified candidates while building strong talent pipelines aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies.

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and other channels.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and talent pools.

• Conduct CV screening, initial interviews, and candidate assessments.

• Identify high-potential candidates and ensure a strong match with business requirements.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.

• Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

• Good command of English is preferred.

Job Details

Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour

Working Days: 5 days per week

Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Salary: IQD 1,500,000 – 1,750,000
